Architects have developed 3 typologies of units: Inside Portal, Inside Deluxe Portal, Inside Vip Portal. These are full-fledged mini-villas with all the amenities: kitchen, terrace and their own space. The investor stands to benefit not only from villa rentals but also from the comprehensive commercial infrastructure planned for the premises, including a restaurant, spa, conference facilities, retail outlets, dry cleaning services, and an array of diversified activities.

The investor will be integrated into the consortium of company founders with a 50% ownership interest in the company's capital.

Emphasizing a commitment to cost-based construction, the developer's focus is not directed towards deriving profits from the construction phase. Instead, mutual profitability will be realized in conjunction with the investor subsequent to the successful launch of the resort.
