EMAAR UNVEILS AED 73 Billion MEGA PROJECT; BOLLYWOOD ICON SHAH RUKH KHAN GRACES LAUNCH EVENT
On Wednesday, Dubai's premier developer, Emaar Properties, unveiled a stunning waterfront venture, 'The Oasis by Emaar,' with an investment of $20 billion (Dh 73.4 billion). Covering a vast land area exceeding 100 million square feet, or 9.4 million square meters, this project is set to be one of Dubai's largest developments, boasting 7,000 spacious residential units including lavish mansions and villas. Residents will be privileged with panoramic views of serene water canals, lakes, and beautifully manicured parks.
The illustrious Bollywood star, Shah Rukh Khan, graced the launch event with his presence. He praised Emaar for its continuous commitment to developing urban masterpieces, with The Oasis by Emaar being the latest addition to Dubai's growing portfolio of architectural wonders.
This grand development prioritizes a resort-style lifestyle, dedicating 25% of its land to recreational spaces such as lakes, water canals, parks, jogging trails, and green spaces. This unique blend of luxury and nature provides residents an unparalleled living experience, encouraging a vibrant and healthy lifestyle.
The Oasis by Emaar will also feature an extensive retail space of 1.5 million square feet, teeming with a diverse range of lifestyle boutiques, as well as an assortment of food and beverage outlets. Located within a prime area in Dubai, the project is surrounded by high-end developments, four international golf courses, and is merely a 20-minute drive from Downtown Dubai. The exact location remains undisclosed, but industry insiders believe it is in the vicinity of Academic City Road.
Emaar Properties, one of the world's largest real estate companies, boasts a land bank of 1.7 billion sqft spread across the UAE and key international markets. Since 2002, the company has delivered over 94,000 residential units globally. Emaar's portfolio includes over 1,300,000 square meters of leasing revenue-generating assets and 37 hotels and resorts with 8,134 rooms. The company draws 37% of its revenue from its shopping malls, retail, hospitality and leisure, and international subsidiaries.
